To confirm your booking we require you to pay a 50% deposit by cheque or you can provide your credit card details. No charge will be processed at this time.
If you cancel giving us more than two weeks notice, there is no penalty and if you paid by cheque your deposit will be returned.
If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, we will attempt to resell the room. If we resell the room – then there is no penalty and if you paid by cheque your deposit will be returned.
If we can't resell the room, and you paid by cheque you will forfeit your deposit or if you provided credit card details we will process a charge of 50% of the rate quoted.
If you do not arrive and you do not call us to cancel or cancel within 48 hours of the booking then the full amount will be charged.
