The following add-ons can be booked online to make your stay at Vacy Hall Historic Guesthouse even more memorable:

Full Cooked Breakfast $25.00 per person (unless included in another package)
Full Cooked Breakfast (includes Cereal, Juice, Tea or Coffee, Bakery Items and Spreads and a choice from three hot cooked breakfast options. Breakfast can be delivered to your room on a trolley, served on a table with a linen table-cloth on the verandah off your room or on the verandah off the guest lounge which receives the morning sun.

Continental Breakfast $15.00 per person
Continental Breakfast (includes Cereal, Juice, Tea or Coffee, Bakery Items and Spreads) can be delivered to your room on a trolley, served on a table with a linen table-cloth on the verandah off your room or on the verandah off the guest lounge which receives the morning sun.

Romance Package $65.00 per booking
Rekindle your romance with flowers, sparkling wine (and chilled flutes) and a box of chocolates in your room on arrival.

Birthday Package $45.00 per booking
Let your inner child come out with a decorated room, decorated birthday cake with candles, plates, birthday bubbles, hats and tooters. Please advise the age of the birthday boy or girl so the cake and decorations can be personalised.

Pamper Package $120.00 per booking
Pamper yourself and your partner with an hour long massage (for each of you) in your room from one of the best massage therapists in the city. Subject to availability (prefer 3 days notice if possible).

Weddings  

At Vacy Hall we specialise in Wedding Accommodation and Honeymoon Packages…

One Night Honeymoon Package $210.00 per booking
For your wedding night - add a one night honeymoon package which includes a bottle of chilled sparkling wine and flutes in your fridge, a bouquet of seasonal flowers, a box of chocolates and Photo rights (includes access to your room, hallway, public spaces, verandahs and gardens). This package also includes a full cooked breakfast for two which will be either delivered to your room on a trolley or served on the verandah off your room.

Two Night Honeymoon Package $245.00 per booking
For your wedding - add a two night honeymoon package which includes a bottle of chilled sparkling wine and flutes in your fridge, a bouquet of seasonal flowers, a box of chocolates and photo rights (includes access to your room, hallway, public spaces, verandahs and gardens). This package also includes a full cooked breakfast for two on both mornings which will be either delivered to your room on a trolley or served on the verandah off your room. A late checkout at 11am is subject to availability.

Wedding Photo Rights $165.00 per booking (Available with or without accommodation)
Wedding Photo Rights are a safe all-weather alternative (includes access to your room, hallway, public spaces, verandahs and gardens). To book photo rights without accommodation please call us on 07 4639 2055.

Vacy Hall Cancellation Policy

To confirm your telephone booking we require you to pay a 50% deposit by cheque or you can provide your credit card details. No charge will be processed at this time. If booking online payment is required at the time of your booking.

If you cancel giving us more than two weeks notice, there is no penalty.

If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, we will attempt to resell the room. If we resell the room - then there is no penalty and if you paid by cheque your deposit will be returned. If we can't resell the room, and you paid by cheque you will forfeit your deposit or if you provided credit card details we will process a charge of 50% of the rate quoted.

If you do not arrive and you do not call us to cancel or cancel within 48 hours of the booking then the full amount will be charged.
